Hello, my name is Brook! I’m a chemical engineer by degree, an environmental engineer by trade, and a web developer…a bit by accident. About a year and a half ago, I stumbled into web development and my passion grew from there. Since then, I’ve been learning all I can about this fascinating field and working on projects as my skills have progressed. Bonner Springs Farmers' Market
This project combined my passion for web development with my desire to help bring fresh food access to areas that need it most. I started with a template landing page, then made significant modifications to styling and content and built additional pages.
Virtual Christmas Card
This fun little project brought my traditional Christmas letter into the 21st Century. My Christmas cards had a QR code which led friends and family to this site where I chronicled my adventures for the year.
Third Space Coffee
I first dabbled in web frameworks as a contributor on this lovely site for a local coffee shop. I was responsible for the design and story boarding for this project, as well as fine tuning the styling prior to deployment.
